Open Garden

The Hurst was the former home of playwright John Osborne. 

It's set in the heart of the Shropshire Hills, with stunning views of the Clun Valley. The 26-acres grounds include bluebell woods, magnificent Coast Redwoods, 19th century dovecote, heritage orchard, saw-mill pond, meadows and 18th century kitchen garden.

Refreshments, plant and book sale.

Entry £6 (cash only), children free.  All in aid of Shropshire Historic Churches Trust and community writing workshops.
