Talk:Curlew Country
RSPB South Shropshire Group event
Project Co-ordinator, Mandi Perkins, will explain about the work of Curlew Country which rears and releases young curlews back in the Shropshire Hills countryside.
Curlews are under threat in their natural breeding places and the numbers of successful nests have been falling in south Shropshire despite much effort to protect them.
Everyone welcome to attend, Local Group Members, £2, visitors £5, which includes refreshments.
Event starts at 7:30pm.
